The college is located in Shouxian new city, a national famous historical and cultural city, adjacent to Huainan, an important national energy city. Hefu Road, Shouliu Road, shouhuo road and Shouhuai road meet here. It is only 5km away from the entrance of Hehuai Fu expressway, 20km away from Huainan railway station and 70km away from Hefei Xinqiao International Airport under construction. The college is within 100km away from the provincial capital Hefei, Lu'an, Bengbu and other cities, so the traffic is very convenient.

The college covers an area of 262 mu, with a construction area of nearly 60000 square meters. Teaching facilities include teaching building, experimental training building, library, standard sports ground, etc., and logistics support such as canteen, student apartment, etc. The broadband network, toilet, hot water bath and other conditions in each apartment are in the forefront of similar schools. The value of teaching instruments and equipment reached 8.6 million yuan, and 150000 books. 155 full-time and part-time teachers have been employed, including 74 teachers with professional and technical positions above the deputy high school, accounting for 48%, and more than 20 double qualified teachers, accounting for 13%.

In the first phase, the college has set up three departments: Electronic Information Department, mechanical and electrical engineering department and art and media department, with a total of five majors including information security technology, computer multimedia technology, automotive technical service and marketing, advertising design and production, and art design (including animation design and production and environmental art design), with a length of three years.
