Bengbu Institute of Business and Technology

Bengbu Vocational College of economics and technology is a full-time ordinary university founded by returned overseas students. It was approved by Anhui Provincial People's government and put on record by the Ministry of education in 2007. It has participated in the unified enrollment in the national plan and has the qualification of academic education. At present, the college has five teaching departments, namely, Department of Finance and economics, Department of tourism, Department of information technology and computer, Department of media arts and Department of foundation. There are ten teaching departments, including accounting, marketing, finance and securities, computer application technology, computer system maintenance, hotel management, tourism management, tourism English, nutrition and catering, graphic and image production, advertising design and production, and decoration art design Two majors.

The guiding ideology of Bengbu Vocational College of economics and technology is to cultivate highly skilled talents with strong practical ability and good professional ethics who are needed in the front line of production, construction, management and service, aiming at the needs of economic construction and social development. The college highlights the central position of teaching work, attaches importance to the cultivation of overall quality, pays attention to the practical teaching of professional courses, fully implements the double certificate teaching system of "academic certificate + vocational qualification certificate", and focuses on cultivating students' innovative spirit and practical ability, so as to provide high-quality higher vocational education for local and industry.

Tang Dali, founder and chairman of the college, member of the Central Committee of China Zhi Gong Party, member of China Writers Association, is a returned student from Anhui Province (Feixi). He loves his motherland, his hometown and education. In 2003, Beijing Vocational College of economics and technology was founded, which is the first ordinary university founded by returned students in China; in 2007, Bengbu Vocational College of economics and technology was founded, and in 2008, Anhui Vocational College of tourism was merged. The college has established a close cooperative relationship with Beijing Vocational College of economics and technology and Anhui Vocational College of tourism (the only integrated tourism college in Anhui Province). Some students majoring in hotel management, marketing, finance and securities can go to Beijing for internship and training in the third year, and the outstanding students can be recommended for employment in Beijing.

The school is run by experts, and many experts with rich academic experience and theoretical attainments from Beijing, Hefei, Bengbu and other places are invited to serve as important positions or guidance. Mr. Chen Binlong, the first president of the college, has been engaged in teaching and management for many years. He is now the Secretary of the Higher Vocational Talent Training Committee of the Ministry of education. He is a well-known expert in the field of Higher Vocational Education in China. The current president is Mr. Wang Yongde, who has served as the main leading position of public undergraduate colleges for a long time and was dispatched to our college by Anhui Provincial Education Commission for supervision.

Bengbu Vocational College of economics and technology is located in the northern suburb of Bengbu City, with beautiful scenery and convenient transportation. It is only 2 hours' drive from Hefei and Nanjing. College planning covers an area of 500 mu, building area of 100000 square meters. The campus is located in a pear garden of 1000 mu, with fresh air, complete teaching building, experimental building, student apartment, life service center, administrative office building and related supporting facilities. It is an ideal place for reading and studying.
