Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: prepare materials.

Step 2: put onion, salt, pepper, monosodium glutamate, soy sauce, cooking wine, sesame oil and an egg into minced meat and stir well.

Step 3: fill the minced meat between the two lotus roots and press it tightly.

Step 4: add an egg and water to the flour, and mix well to form a batter.

Step 5: cover the lotus root with batter.

Step 6: deep fry both sides golden in oil pan, turn over, about 4 minutes.

Step 7: take it out and put it on the kitchen paper to absorb the excess oil.

Minced meat: 150g

Flour: 3 / 4 cup

Water: 1 / 2 cup

Eggs: two

Onion: one

Salt: 1 / 4 teaspoon

Note: This minced meat has a lighter flavor. You can add more seasoning to the heavy one.
