Yunnan Forestry Vocational and technical college is approved by the people's Government of Yunnan Province, put on record by the Ministry of education, state-owned, public full-time ordinary higher vocational and technical college with higher education qualification. The college has a long history and was founded in 1955. The college has seven professional departments and undertakes the teaching and management of 24 majors and more than 4400 students.
