Liaoning modern service vocational and technical college is a model college for the reform and development of Higher Vocational Education in Liaoning Province. The actual land use area of the college is 339000 square meters, with nearly 5000 students. The main campus is located in Shenyang Shenbei New District, a national new district, at the foot of Huishan mountain and on the South Bank of Puhe River, adjacent to Shenyang Qipanshan International scenic tourism development zone. At present, the major of hotel management and chain operation management has been approved as the key majors supported by the central government. The major of tourism management has been identified as the construction project of vocational education training base supported by the central government. The major of cooking technology and nutrition, tourism management and hotel management has been rated as the provincial demonstration major.
