Zhejiang construction vocational and technical college is one of the first batch of Higher Vocational and technical colleges approved by Zhejiang provincial government. It is a public full-time ordinary college. The college is located in Xiaoshan higher education park on the South Bank of the second Qianjiang bridge in Hangzhou, covering an area of 522 mu, with a construction investment of more than 300 million yuan and a building area of 158000 square meters.

Since its establishment in 1958, the college has accumulated more than 50 years of school running experience and formed a relatively perfect teaching management system. At present, the college has 21 specialties, including Department of architecture, Department of construction engineering, Department of urban construction engineering and Department of economic management. Among them, construction engineering technology and construction economic management are the key construction majors of Higher Vocational Education in Zhejiang Province. At present, the college has more than 6000 full-time students, 374 teaching staff, including 9 with senior professional title, 96 with deputy senior professional title and above, and 130 double qualified teachers.
