Urban Construction College of Anhui Institute of architecture and technology is a full-time independent college with undergraduate level, which was officially approved by the Ministry of education in 2003 (approval number: JFH [2003] No. 541) and jointly organized by Anhui Institute of architecture and technology and Huishang group according to the new mechanism and new mode.

The college is located in Hefei, the first pilot city of science and technology innovation in China, with convenient transportation and 257 Mu campus area. There are 10 majors in civil engineering, architecture, urban planning, electrical engineering, art design, marketing and financial management.

In 2006, the college enrolled 1300 students from 17 provinces and cities in China.
