Changji college is located in the beautiful Changji City, the center of the economic belt on the northern slope of Tianshan Mountain in Western China. It is 34 kilometers away from Urumqi, the capital of China. It is connected by Wukui expressway, airport expressway and Wuchang high-grade highway. Her predecessor was Changji normal school, which was established in 1959. In 1985, she was upgraded to Changji normal college.
