Yunnan University is located in Kunming, the spring city. Its predecessor, Donglu University, was founded in December 1922 and began to recruit students in April 1923. With its unique geographical advantages and more than 80 years of school running history, Yunnan University today is a national comprehensive key university with nine undergraduate majors including literature, history, philosophy, economics, management, law, science, engineering and education.
