At 5:40 am on the 18th, astronaut Tang Hongbo got up and washed his face and brushed his teeth in the sleeping area. At this time, the lights in the space station have not been fully turned on, and there is an independent lighting system in each astronaut's sleep area. A few minutes later, astronaut Tang Hongbo finished washing and gargling, left the sleeping area, flew to the work area, and started the day's work.

After nearly an hour's rest, at more than 14 o'clock, the astronauts finished their lunch break and went back to work.

In the afternoon, the most important task is to transfer materials into the tianzhou-2 cargo ship. At 16:30, astronaut Nie Haisheng, wearing goggles and protective mask, entered the preparation work of Tianzhou cargo spaceship with the cooperation of Liu Boming. In Nie Haisheng's hands, there are some portable tools. Tang Hongbo, on the other hand, carried out some checking work by holding the manual.

According to the plan, the astronauts will carry out their work in accordance with the synchronous work and rest of the earth and the sky during the three months of their mission in orbit.
