Herbs perennial, glabrous. Stem 20-50 cm high, branched. Leaflets obovate, suborbicular or rhombic, 3-12 mm long, 2-25 mm wide, 3-lobed to 3-lobed, lobes ovate or obovate, entire, veins flat or slightly raised, green above, pink white below, short stalked. The inflorescence is corymbose; pedicel 0.5-2.8 cm long; flower diameter 1-2 cm; sepals 4, white, ovate, 3-5 mm long, caducous; without petals; stamens many, 5-12 mm long, filaments oblanceolate, wider than anther; carpel 4-13, style short, stigma narrowly elliptic.
