[plant morphology] perennial herb. Stem erect, 1 ~ 1.5m high. The leaves are compound, and the stem leaves have long stalks; the leaflets are ovate to broadly ovate, with one leaflet in the center often 3-lobed, with coarse serrations on the edge and pilose on both sides. Inflorescence racemose, gray pilose; flowers bisexual; sepals 5, petaloid, caducous; stamens numerous; carpels 3-5, separate, smooth, glabrous, shortly stipitate. The fruit is 3-5. The flowering period is from July to August, and the fruiting period is from August to September.

Born in the undergrowth. It is mainly produced in Liaoning, Jilin and Heilongjiang.
