[source] it is the whole grass of Delphinium chilinum, a Ranunculaceae plant.

[plant morphology] Chilin delphinium

Herbs perennial, 3-7.5 cm tall, pubescent. There are residual petioles at the base of stem. Basal leaves 3-lobed, lobes 1.5-6.5 cm long. Corymb, 2-5 flowers, pedicel brownish red, sepals 5, light blue to blue, elliptic, 2-2.5 cm long, one sepal behind extended into a distance, 2-2.5 cm long, densely covered with yellow green pubescence. Follicles. Seeds numerous, narrowly winged along ribs.

It grows on high mountain slopes and gravels. It is distributed in Qinghai and Gansu.

[collection] harvest in summer, wash away the sediment, remove the residual stem and dry skin on the root, and air dry.
