[clinical application] treatment of suppurative dermatosis

Wash and chop the leaves of Melia azedarach, add 3000 ml water to each catty, fry for 40-60 minutes, cool and filter, and put them into sterilized glass bottle for standby. Add 5 ml of 10% carbolic acid solution into every 1000 ml of solution for corrosion protection. Usage: firstly, wash the pus scab on the wound surface with Melia azedarach leaf solution, then wet the wound surface with disinfectant gauze soaked with the medicine solution, and add the medicine solution to the gauze every 3-5 hours to keep it moist. If the wound is extensive or the affected part is not easy to wet compress, it can be used to wash the wound three times a day. In general, the wound was dry, the redness subsided and the pruritus was significantly alleviated on the first day after treatment, and scab and debris were formed on the second to fourth day after treatment. 34 cases of pustules, eczematous dermatitis and chronic eczema were treated, and 25 cases were cured.
