Trees or shrubs. Leaves glabrous, with many translucent reddish brown glandular spots, dimorphic, undivided or palmately lobed; undivided leaves in the lower part of the branch, elliptic, elliptic lanceolate to lanceolate, 7-10 cm long and 1.5-4.5 cm wide; divided leaves in the top of the branch, inverted triangle, 2-3 palmately lobed; entire or serrate, three veined. Umbel single terminal, or 2-5 composed of compound umbel; calyx margin with 5 fine teeth; petals 5, light green white; stamens 5; ovary inferior, 5-locular, style 5. The fruit is globose with 5 ridges and 3 longitudinal ridges per ridge.
