Mianzhu New Year Picture Village Scenic Area in China

New Year Picture Village is located in Xiaode Town, South Gate of Mianzhu City, Sichuan Province. It is located between De'a Highway and Chengqing Highway, 73 kilometers away from Chengdu and within one hour economic circle of Chengdu.

The core area of New Year's Picture Village is 1750 mu, which is a high-quality rural folk arts and crafts tourism scenic spot with rural tourism, production of New Year's Picture commodities, and construction of processing base.

In 2009, it was awarded the title of "Sichuan Rural Tourism Demonstration Village" and "National AAAA Tourist Scenic Area" on April 19, 2011. In November of the same year, it was awarded the title of "Sichuan Provincial Cultural Industry Demonstration Base" and "National Non-material Cultural Heritage Productive Protection Base".

Predecessor of scenic spot

New Year Picture Village is located in Xiaode Town, Mianzhu City, Sichuan Province, formerly known as Archery Platform Village.

In March 2006, the Mianzhu Municipal Committee decided to build a New Year Picture Village in the hometown of Chen Xingcai, the head of the southern Mianzhu New Year Picture School.

In December 2010, Mahayana Village was merged into New Year's Painting Village.

Introduction

New Year Picture Village has more than 40 farmhouse pleasures, and can receive more than 4000 tourists at the same time. In the period of May 1, 2011 alone, it received more than 25,000 tourists.

New Year Picture Village has a number of New Year Picture Workshops, New Year Picture Exhibition and Sales Center, New Year Picture Training Classroom, old artists'working classroom, New Year Picture Studio, etc. which are operating the prosperous development of the New Year Picture industry.

As a demonstration project of post-disaster reconstruction, new countryside construction and rural tourism development, Mianzhu New Year Picture Village has received high praise from all walks of life and media reports. Premier Wen Jiabao of the State Council, Chairman Jia Qinglin of the National Political Consultative Conference, Standing Committee Li Changchun of the Central Political Bureau and other party and state leaders have made detailed investigations of the village.

Scenic spot activities

Tulip Exhibition

The Tulip Exhibition in Paicun in 2015 will be held from February 14 to March 14. The ticket is 20 yuan per person. More than 100,000 tulip trees will be seen. Open 3D fantasy exhibition area, and add more than 10 paintings to meet the needs of the majority of fantasy photographers. Sunflower Culture Festival

On June 8, 2014, the 3rd Sunflower Culture Festival of New Year Picture Village was officially opened. There are more than 700 mu of sunflower. The theme commodities of Sunflower Culture Festival are pushed. With the aim of humanism, innovation and interaction, rich activities are set up to build the brand of Sunflower Culture Festival of New Year Picture Village. During the two-month Sunflower Festival, there are many thematic activities such as "Sunflower Margin Meeting for Life", "Happy Food, Merry, Daddy Chrysanthemum Appreciation", "

The 2nd Sunflower Festival opened on June 9, 2013. It was sponsored by Xiaodezhen Party Committee, government, New Year Picture Village and New Year Picture Village Scenic Area Management Committee. It has more than 10 varieties, such as golden, purple, black and blue, and ended on August 8. The Cultural Festival attracted 140,000 visitors from Chengdu, Mianyang and other places, and gained certain social influence.

Chrysanthemum Exhibition

The first chrysanthemum flower opened on November 9, 2013. In order to create an atmosphere full of chrysanthemum, some main roads in the exhibition area were decorated with chrysanthemum and seasonal flowers. In the Flower Path Square, the horticulturist made a large-scale welcome model, decorated with 500 pots of small chrysanthemums with different colors. The Chrysanthemum Exhibition will be held from November 9, 2013 to January 10, 2014.
