Tuojiang River is the main river in the urban area. It flows through Zizhong, Dongxing and Shizhong District. It is the main waterway transportation route in the city. The average annual flow is 375 m3 / s, the natural drop is 135.5 m, the average gradient is 0.45%, and the water energy reserve is 145000 kW for development.
