Peng Jingquan

Peng Jingquan, male, from Huayuan County, Xiangxi, Hunan Province, China, was born on August 15, 1957. Screenwriter, director, performing artist, international art visiting scholar. Deputy director of the creative planning department of the Organizing Committee of China micro Film Festival, Deputy Secretary General of the cultural and creative Committee of the United Nations, member of the China Film Artists Association, member of the legal literature research association of the China law society, deputy director of the cultural and creative Council of the cultural development Committee of the United Nations, and director of the creative planning center for ethnic film and television of Southwest China.
