Su Shaotang

His original name was su Jintang, a famous civil and military student. As a teacher, Chen Jintang took Su Shaotang as his stage name. In the late 1930s, he joined Liyuan opera school. For 50 years, he served as a student in Li ronghua, xianfengming, dalongfeng and other troupes. He once worked with Mingdan fenghuangnu to organize Tanghuang troupe and fengqiuhuang troupe as Zhengyin wenwusheng. He has also played a small role in "Jin Tian Hua", "Xin Ma", "Xian Feng Ming" and other troupes for a long time. In the 1970s, he and Luo Yanqing formed a gorgeous troupe to perform in the United States, which was very popular with the local overseas Chinese audience. Now he lives in Seattle, USA, and runs "Jintang seafood restaurant".
