Zhang Guisheng (pen name Changgong), male, from Qiu county, Hebei Province.

Personal resume

He is 63 years old. Born in 1949, he is a member of the Communist Party of China and has a college degree. He joined the work in 1968. He has successively served as the creator of the cultural museum, the Secretary of the commune, the data leader of the county Party committee office, the deputy director of the research office, the deputy director of the Ministry of agriculture and industry, the deputy director of the Propaganda Department, the director of the civilization office, the full-time vice president of the County Agricultural Association and the director of the agricultural cooperation office. In 2004, he served as deputy director of the county customs Working Committee, member of the county Party Committee veteran cadres think tank, and retired in 2009. He is now a member of China Writers Association.

Achievements and honors

"The dying general star" (8 volumes) was inscribed by Marshal Nie Rongzhen and director Chi Haotian, and prefaced by defense minister Qin Jiwei, which won the "five ones" project award of the Propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee (1992); the fiery sunset was prefaced by Gu Xiulian, vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the 10th National People's Congress and director of the State Customs work committee, which has a great influence in the whole country.
