Faxian square

Laoshan was originally called Buqi mountain. Since the landing of Faxian, the name of Laoshan has gradually developed. In 2003, a bronze statue of Faxian was erected in front of Huayan Temple on the East Bank of Laoshan Mountain in Qingdao, which is like eight characters in regular script: "Faxian Laoshan landing Memorial". Later, a group of copper reliefs were added to commemorate Faxian, known as "Faxian square".
