Wang Xiaoyi (1916.02 ~ 2010.07), male, Han nationality, was born in yangchangtun village, Linqing City, Shandong Province. Born in a rural family, Wang Xiaoyi studied in Jinan No.1 middle school, Beijing Tongzhou Luhe high school and Yanjing University. In May of the next year, he joined the Party School of the North Bureau of the CPC Central Committee.
