Female wilt

Deciduous climbing vines. Stem nearly square, purple, white pilose. Leaflets ovate, 2-6.5cm long and 1.2-5.5cm wide, middle leaflet larger, upper part sometimes 3-lobed, base rounded, apex pointed, margin above middle with 2-3 notched obtuse teeth, margin below middle entire, both sides covered with short white hairs; petiole slender. Inflorescence paniculate; flowers white, ca. 2 cm in diameter; sepals 4, densely hairy outside, glabrous inside; without petals; stamens numerous, anthers shorter than filaments, yellow; carpels numerous, short hairy, styles with long white hairs. Achene narrowly obliquely ovate, ca. 5 mm long, style elongated without falling. The flowering period is August.

It grows wild and cultivated. Distributed in Hunan, Anhui, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Jiangxi, Fujian, Taiwan, Guangdong, Guangxi and other places.
