Li Xiaojun, male, Han nationality, born in October 1965 in Linxiang, Hunan Province, is a doctor, Professor, doctoral supervisor, national registered earthquake safety assessment engineer of magnitude I, national registered civil engineer (rock and soil), and senior assessor of national earthquake disaster investigation and assessment.

It involves seismic engineering, geotechnical engineering, computational mechanics and wave theory. It is mainly engaged in the theoretical methods of seismic zoning and seismic safety evaluation of engineering sites, prediction methods and Disaster Reduction Countermeasures of urban and engineering seismic damage, construction of strong motion observation network and observation and data analysis of strong ground motion, dynamic constitutive relationship of soil, numerical simulation method of seismic fluctuation, and so on The research work of structural dynamic response analysis method, lifeline system seismic reliability analysis method and so on.
