Xu Yuan (1880 - unknown year of death) was born in Wuxian County, Jiangsu Province. Officials of the Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China.

Life

In 1903, he became a special economic scholar. He was the governor of Liaocheng County in Shandong Province. In 1906, he served as the director of the Zhili Westernization Bureau. In 1911, he served as the supervisor of Tianjin Customs. After the founding of the Republic of China, he was still a supervisor of Tianjin Customs and a negotiator in Zhili of the Ministry of foreign affairs.
