Raw materials for making family photo:

There are 100g lean pork, 50g prawn kernel, 25g pork kidney, 25g pig heart, 25g pork belly, 25g fish fillets, 25g pig ears, 15g Shuifa mushroom, 15g green beans, 4 raw duck feet, 10g egg white, 5g fine dry starch, 100ml chicken soup, 25g cooking wine, 1g refined salt, 25g soy sauce, 1.5g white sugar, 1.5g monosodium glutamate, 15g Shuidian powder, 275g sesame oil and 25g chicken oil.

Steps of making family photo:

1. Wash the lean pork, remove the fascia, cut into rhombus pieces, wash the shrimps, control the dry water, put them into a bowl, mix with 5g egg white, 0.25g refined salt and 2.5G fine dry starch, and then size.

2. Wash the kidney, belly, heart and ear of the pig and cut them into gill shaped pieces; boil the feet of the duck with water until they are 60% crispy, take them out and remove the bones; wash the mushrooms with water and remove the roots; paste the fish with 5g egg white, 2.5G fine dry starch and 0.25g refined salt. In this way, the whole family has been prepared.

3. Heat the frying pan with oil, then add sesame oil. When it is 50% hot, pour in fish slices, pork slices, pork loin slices, pig heart slices and pig ear slices. Gently spread them with the spoon. When the waist slices turn white, pour them into the colander and control the oil to dry.

4. Leave 50g oil in the pot, add duck feet, mushrooms and green beans

Family portraits

"Family photo" is an urban family drama jointly produced by China TV drama production center, Zhejiang Huace film and television and Guangzhou film and television media. It is directed by Fu Ning and starred by Qin Hailu, Wu Gang, Yue Xiuqing and Cheng Yuanyuan.

The play tells the experience of three families in a small courtyard in Beijing from the 1940s to the 60 years of reform and opening up, reflecting the great changes and progress of Chinese society. On January 14, 2013, the play premiered on CCTV comprehensive channel; in the same year, the play won the third prize of the 29th China TV series flying sky award long TV series.
