Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: put a little water in the basin, put in the yeast to soak for a while, you don't need it in summer;

Step 2: put in flour;

Step 3: knead into dough, no need to knead smooth; cover and place in a warm place for fermentation;

Step 4: about one and a half hours, the dough fermentation is basically in place, open the dough to have honeycomb;

Step 5: soak the jujube in advance, wash and dry it, and then use it with water;

Step 6: take out the dough and put it on the chopping board. Knead it for at least 10 minutes to make a smooth dough;

Step 7: cut into strips and rub until smooth;

Step 8: clip a jujube in the middle of the strip and fold it in half on both sides;

Step 9: with chopsticks in the middle of a clip, it becomes a jujube;

Step 10: 5 jujube dough, to rub a little longer, the same clip jujube;

Instant dry yeast: 1 teaspoon

Note: the amount of water should be increased or decreased according to the water absorption and handle of flour. Jujubes need to be soaked in advance, washed and dried, and then reused.
