Zhang yuebin, male, Han nationality, from Lengshuitan District, Yongzhou City, Hunan Province, was born in October 1975, started work in July 1996, joined the Communist Party of China in May 1995, and graduated from the legal theory major of the Party School of Hunan provincial Party committee.
