Ji Hua (1914-1970) was born in Mengxian County, Henan Province. He once served as secretary of Yinan county Party committee and political commissar of canal detachment, head of Tongpi County, and Deputy Secretary of CPC Committee and Secretary of Supervision Committee of Chalco.

Ji Hua (1914-1970) was born in Mengxian County, Henan Province. He joined the Communist Party of China in October 1931 and went to Zaozhuang in October 1937 to carry out the Anti Japanese work in Yi county and Linyi. In March 1942, he served as secretary of Yinan county Party committee and political commissar of canal detachment. In 1944, he was the county magistrate of Yiteng Tongpi. In 1957, he served as Deputy Secretary of the Party committee and Secretary of the supervision committee of Chalco. He died in Zhengzhou, Henan Province in October 1970.
