Li Haichao, male, Miao nationality, was born in December 1962 in Xingwen, Sichuan Province. He joined the Party School of the provincial Party committee in July 1981 and is now the deputy head of the people's Government of Xingwen County.

Personal resume

From July 1981 to January 1988, he was a member of Xingwen County Hydropower Bureau; from January 1988 to November 1995, he was the chief of water conservancy unit and hydraulic construction engineer of Xingwen County Hydropower Bureau; from November 1995 to July 1999, he was the deputy director and engineer of Xingwen County Hydropower Bureau; from July 1999 to January 2003, he was the director of Xingwen County Science and Technology Bureau (from September 1997 to July 2000, he graduated from the administration major of Sichuan provincial Party School); from January 2003 to November 2006, he was the vice chairman of Xingwen County CPPCC; November 2006 to present deputy head of Xingwen County People's government.

At present, he is the deputy head of Xingwen County People's government, in charge of labor, social security, civil affairs, finance, insurance, industry and commerce, supply and marketing, grain and other work.
