Personal experience

After graduating from junior high school in 1971, Zhai naishe worked as an automobile repairman in Qingdao Laoshan transportation team. In 1977, by chance, his appearance and temperament were favored by a film director who went to Qingdao to choose actors, and he began his career of performing arts in film and TV series. He graduated from the performance Department of Beijing Film Academy in 1979 and joined the Shanghai Film troupe as an actor in the same year. His angular face and his unique charm have brought him dozens of leading roles in films and TV dramas. Because of his image, he plays almost all typical male characters on the screen. From factory director, county Party Secretary, army commander to underground party members, public security soldiers, college students and so on, there are few actors with the character of "ruling the country" like him .

Naishe has always been serious in acting. He has specific ideas and new creative inspiration for each role. Some people call him Gao cangjian of China, but he denies: I am me, I will never imitate foreign flavor, I want to be close to life and pursue national things. That's what he said, and that's what he did. After receiving the task of shooting "butcher's blood", he came to Nanjing history museum to study this period of history and perform the film with his heart. Although he is not a national hero, he is an upright Chinese citizen. The release of the film awakened the national pride of many audiences.

An actor should have a variety of ways to adapt to the needs of various roles, so he should have such qualities. Although naishe is a character actor, he can adapt to different roles. His acting skills are praised not only by domestic peers and audiences, but also by international film master Spielberg.

In 1987, as a professional actor in China, naishe was invited to take part in the shooting of the sun empire directed by Spielberg, becoming the first actor invited to Hollywood to play a Chinese. Naishe's professional spirit and superb driving skills have impressed foreign colleagues. Over the past ten years, he has played major or important roles in many films, such as "traffic", "singing in the middle of the night" (Remake), "slaughtering blood", "the case of Hawthorne", "Yimeng mountain people", "the death of female college students", and has played dozens of films and TV series.

He died of liver cancer on September 9, 2014 at the age of 58.

Award winning record

"Tu Cheng Xue Zheng" and "the 84th and 85th years of T province" won the excellent film award of 1986-1987 of the Ministry of radio and television, and won the second academy award of China Film Performing Arts Association. At the same time, Tu Cheng Xue Zheng won the first prize of the first international film Peace Festival in Tokyo in 1989. He is now a member of China Film Performing Arts Association, Shanghai Branch of China Film Association and Shanghai Young Actors Association. In 1993, he enjoyed special allowance from the State Council. Zhai naishe is a member of Shanghai Municipal Committee of China Democratic League.
