Zhang Xin, male, Han nationality, from Yucheng, Henan Province, was born in November 1966. He joined the Communist Party of China in October 1986 and began to work in July 1989. Master of business administration, majoring in safety engineering, Department of mechanical engineering, Beijing University of technology.
