Chen Siyang, male, Han nationality, born in July 1985, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He has a college degree and is a technician. He is now the leader of the emergency maintenance team in the operation zone 3 of the second gas production plant of Changqing Oilfield Branch of CNPC.

On November 24, 2020, he was honored as the national labor model in 2020.
