Hong Feng, male, Han nationality, was born in November 1954 in Jixi County, Xuancheng City, Anhui Province. He started work in September 1970 and joined the Communist Party of China in September 1974. He graduated from the school of Agricultural Economics and management of China Agricultural University with a master's degree in agronomy.

He is now the leading leader of Beijing new airport project and honorary president of Beijing Energy Association.
