Chen Hongwei, male, born in February 1967, Han nationality, from Xingyang, Henan Province, has a university degree and a doctor's degree. He joined the Communist Party of China in May 1989 and began to work in July 1986.

He is now vice mayor and member of the Party group of Zhengzhou Municipal People's government.
