Qiao Jianjun, male, Han nationality, was born on November 3, 1963 in Shangshui County, Zhoukou City, Henan Province, China. He once served as the director of Zhoukou direct treasury of China National Grain Storage Corporation.

In November 2011, he fled to the United States for corruption and misappropriation of public funds. On November 14, 2011, Interpol issued a red wanted order No. a-6911 / 11-2011. On August 15, 2019, China expressed strong dissatisfaction with the decision of the Swedish Supreme Court and the Swedish government to refuse to extradite Qiao Jianjun to China.

Qiao Jianjun himself has been the former director of the Zhoukou treasury of China National Grain Reserve for more than 10 years, and is a deputy to the second people's Congress of Zhoukou City, Henan Province.
