Liu Guoliang, male, citizen of the people's Republic of China, was born on July 14, 1971.
Character experience
Education experience: 1992.9 ~ 1996.7, Department of chemistry, Northeast Normal University.
From September 1996 to July 1999, he was a graduate student of analytical chemistry in College of chemistry, Northeast Normal University.
From October 2002 to present, he is a graduate student of analytical chemistry in school of chemistry, Jilin University.
Working experience: July 1999 ~ now, Department of health inspection, School of public health, Jilin University.
