Huang Chunyan, female, Zhuang nationality, was born in March 1970 in Napo County, Baise Prefecture, Guangxi. He is a member of the Democratic Progressive movement, a national first-class actor of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region song and dance troupe, a member of the all China Youth Federation, a member of Guangxi Musicians Association, and a member of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region CPPCC. In 1997, he won the gold medal of the seventh national young minority singer peacock cup vocal music competition, and has been active in the singing world at home and abroad for several years. He has participated in numerous domestic and international performances and is known as the star of Zhuang Nationality in black and the empress of Zhuang nationality.
