Wu Haifei, male, Han nationality, was born in May 1983 in Xincheng village, Xindu town, with a college degree.

He is now Deputy Secretary of the general Party branch and director of the village committee of Xindu town, Tongcheng City, Anhui Province.

From September 1989 to July 1994, he studied in primary school; from September 1994 to July 1997, he studied in Laomei middle school; from October 1997 to December 2005, he worked in an enterprise; from January 2006 to January 2011, he founded a plastic factory; from February 2011 to August 2018, he served as a secretary of Xincheng village; from August 2018, he served as Deputy Secretary of general Party branch and director of village committee.
