Early experience
Wu Haokang was born in Cha Guo Ling, a suburb of Hong Kong, for three generations. When he was two years old, his family moved to Yuen Long. His father, Wu Zhian, was still in the cha Guo Ling transportation company. His mother was Liu Liuwei. There were three sisters in his family, and the youngest was six years older than him.
In 1989, his family bought a property in Jinxiu Garden, Yuen Long, for $990000. He studied at wing Yin School of Buddhism in Yuen Long when he was a primary school and at Pak Chou college in Yuen Long when he was a secondary school.
When he was 11 years old, he learned Muay Thai secretly and won the cup. He had dropped out of middle school four and taught guitar for two years.
Acting experience
In 2002, he won the third place in the global Chinese rookie competition and was recruited by Emperor Entertainment. When he first appeared on the stage, he was called "handsome Eason Chan".
In the past two years, two EP's "deep" and "deep in music" have been released, and "deep: inside" is the first official album, among which "children's King" and others have won the champion in many popular charts. His public girlfriend is Hu Dingxin, a TVB artist (who broke up peacefully in August 2006), and he is a high school classmate with Lin Zishan, a new singer.
In December 2017, the single "earlier video" won the billboard Radio China 2007 Top Ten Cantonese Golden Melody Award.
On January 17, 2021, he won the Golden Award for best singer at TVB "golden song award ceremony 2020", and won the golden song award for "love without doubt".

In 2006, Wu Haokang and Zhuang Simin were dating openly.
In 2011, Zhuang Simin unilaterally admitted to breaking up with the media. After that, Wu Haokang said that he intended to get back together, but he was rejected.
