Yao Zhihan, male, born in October 1940. Translation review. He is a member of the Communist Party of China. Graduated from Peking University. He is currently working in the small ball management center of the State General Administration of sports. He is the director of the professional committee of sports science of China Association of veteran professors, the Executive Committee of the Executive Committee of the international ground throwing Federation, the member of the international metal ground throwing Federation and the development committee, the Deputy Secretary General of China Handball Association, the judge of the senior Title Evaluation Committee of the State General Administration of sports, and the member of Beijing Oriental collectors association.

From 1966 to 1968, he was engaged in the translation and publication of the French version of the call of the Beijing Executive Secretariat of the Asian African Writers' Conference; in 1973, he carried out the graphic translation and work of the "cultural relics exhibition of Marley commune" collected by the British Hopkins couple; from the 1970s to the 1990s, he translated, compiled and published sports psychology, aviation model knowledge manual and other books, which was the foundation of China University Encyclopedia (Sports) has written "sports in Italy" and other chapters, and published dozens of articles on sports, culture, society, morality and other aspects in people's daily, Guangming Daily, China sports daily and other newspapers; in 1985, it introduced a new sports project integrating competition, fitness and entertainment, which was translated as "ground throwing" Since the 1970s, he has accompanied the government delegation and various sports teams to visit more than 100 countries on five continents. In particular, he lobbied several countries to resume the exercise of China's legitimate rights in the International Olympic Committee and made positive contributions.
