Zheng Shuai

Zheng Shuai, born in Chaozhou, Guangdong, is the founder of China Overseas Investment Association and China Overseas Investment (Beijing) International Investment Management Co., Ltd. At present, he is the executive chairman of China overseas investment Federation and the president of China Overseas Investment (Beijing) International Investment Management Co., Ltd. in addition, Zheng Shuai also serves as the vice president of Guangdong Creative Economy Research Association. Committed to the development of China's overseas investment, on September 22, 2012, he and the vice chairman of the DPRK joint venture investment committee jointly launched the first special fund for Chinese enterprises to invest in North Korea. It is known as the leader of China's overseas investment by peers.

In 2004, he independently created the comic book "Astro mouse", which was published in cooperation with China Publishing Group. In 2005, he invested and founded "Guangdong Astro mouse Animation Co., Ltd." in Chaozhou City, Guangdong Province, and wholly produced "Astro mouse" animation with independent intellectual property rights;

In October 2008, "Astro mouse" animation was successfully produced and premiered on CCTV children's channel. It won the nomination award of TBS award of Tokyo Broadcasting Corporation in 2008 and the "Jury Award" of Asian Youth Animation Competition. "Astromouse" animation was selected as "Shenzhou 7" carrying popular science works. As the chief screenwriter and director of astromouse, Zheng Shuai won the best screenwriter award of the national "Golden Dragon Award" and the "top ten venture stars of Guangzhou" in the same year;

In 2009, he led the Huanhai group to invest in the production of Nanhai princess, which was supported by the excellent literary and art creation project of the Publicity Department of Guangdong provincial Party committee.

In 2009, he participated in the preparation for the establishment of Shenzhen Dongfang land group (the former Shenzhen Dongfang land Industrial Co., Ltd. was upgraded) and served as the vice chairman, responsible for the group's foreign investment business.
