Zhou Yan, female, Han nationality, was born in December 1972 in Zhoushan, Zhejiang Province. She joined the Communist Party of China in July 1995 and worked in August 1993 with a university degree.

At present, he is deputy director and member of the Party committee of the Geological Exploration Bureau of Zhejiang Province.
