Zhang Wei
Zhang Wei, male, born in 1957, Han nationality, doctor, professor. He graduated from Xi'an Jiaotong University in 1982 with a Bachelor of engineering. From 1993 to 2000, he studied in the school of management, Asian Institute of technology, Thailand, and obtained MBA and PhD successively.
He is now the Secretary of the Party committee of Northwestern Polytechnic University.
