Weekend afternoon snack -- Mango Pudding
Introduction:
"This week, the child has a little cold, cough, biscuits and so on. Every day, he takes Hawthorn rolls to cajole, thinking about what to do for him to change his taste. He looks around, finds out a box of pudding powder, and it's good to have a mango pudding."
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the material, wash the pudding mold and set aside.
Step 2: fill 500ml of water in a small basin, put it on the stove and turn it to low fire after boiling.
Step 3: pour in the pudding powder and jam, stir well with a spoon.
Step 4: turn off the heat after reboiling and filter through a sieve.
Step 5: load the pudding mold (I use egg tart mold, bottle cap, and a child's toy)
Step 6: find a bigger basin, add a little cold water, and put it in an ice bag (these ice bags are all bought for baking, but they are really useful). You can also wrap the tray with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours. This step is saved, but I like to use ice bags. The temperature drops quickly, and the pudding can be eaten quickly.
Step 7: put the tray on the ice bag basin and it will solidify in about half an hour.
Step 8: when demoulding, draw a circle around with toothpick, gently pick the bottom and buckle it upside down on the dish.
