Spiced Chickpea
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: soak chickpeas in water for more than 2 hours.
Step 2: prepare star anise and cinnamon.
Step 3: add water to the soaked chickpeas. The water should not exceed the chickpeas.
Step 4: add salt, anise and cinnamon, bring to a boil over high heat, turn to low heat and cook for 30 minutes.

Chickpeas: 100g
Salt: 4 g
Star anise: 2 capsules
Cinnamon: moderate
Note: for better taste. The best way to cook chickpeas is to soak them in boiling water for 1 hour.
