Step 1: prepare the ingredients (Tong Tong likes sesame very much, today I only use sesame for this cake)

Step 2: beat an egg into the flour

Step 3: knead the flour into a ball with egg liquid and cover it with plastic wrap for 20 minutes

Step 4: divide the dough into four parts

Step 5: roll it into thin slices and sprinkle with sesame seeds, not too much on the side

Step 6: cut a knife at the radius of the circle, roll it up as shown in the figure, form a triangle, and roll it into thin slices

Step 7: put a little oil in the pan and fry the cake with a small fire until both sides are slightly yellow

Step 8: cut into small pieces and serve

Flour: 200g

Sesame: right amount

Oil: right amount

Salt: right amount

Note: an egg with 150g flour is just right, 200g flour is too hard, and I added some water in the middle
