Pan fried peanut cake

Pan fried peanut cake

Introduction:

"It's very unprofessional and nonsense. I'm going to make trouble again. Today I'm bringing peanut cakes made with pan. Note: the formula of Jun Zhi's "palace peach crisp" is basically adopted, with a slight change. Ingredients: (8 pieces) 100g common flour, 55g vegetable oil, 40g sugar, 10g eggs, 30g cooked peanut kernels, 1g baking powder, 0.6g baking soda

Production steps:

Step 1: mix vegetable oil, sugar and egg.

Step 2: stir well with egg.

Step 3: mix flour, baking powder and baking soda and sift.

Step 4: roll the peeled and cooked peanuts in the fresh-keeping bag. Don't break it too much, keep the taste of the particles.

Step 5: put the peanuts into the flour in step 3 and stir well.

Step 6: pour the mixture of step 5 into the vegetable oil mixture of step 2.

Step 7: knead into dough. If it is too loose to knead into dough, add proper amount of vegetable oil.

Step 8: take about 30 grams of dough and knead it into a ball.

Step 9: flatten the ball.

Step 10: put it in a pan.

Step 11: brush the surface with egg liquid.

Step 12: cauterize with low heat until both sides are golden.

Materials required:

Common flour: 100g

Vegetable oil: 55g

Cooked peanuts: 30g

Eggs: 10g

Soft sugar: 40g

Baking powder: 1g

Baking soda: 0.6 g

Note: Note: 1, the original formula of sugar is 50 grams of fine granulated sugar, I used 40 grams of soft white sugar, personally feel a little too sweet, can be appropriate to reduce the amount of sugar. 2. Peanuts can be fried or roasted, but they should be crisp enough. 3. Be careful when you press the small ball flat with your hand. The dough is very crisp. If you press it too hard, it will disperse. 4. Turn down the heat when using the pan and pay attention to the color at any time. The biggest disadvantage of using pan and cake pan to make snacks is uneven heating, which leads to uneven coloring. Of course, the friends who will choose to make snacks like this are not too fastidious (such as me), so they should not care about these. O(∩_ ∩)O~
