Production steps:
Step 1: preparation: rice, walnut kernel, Poria cocos and yam
Step 2: grind Poria cocos into powder or buy Poria cocos powder directly
Step 3: clean the rice; peel the yam and cut the hob block
Step 4: after the water boils, put the rice in first and stir to prevent the rice from sticking to the pot. When the rice is floating, add yam and poria cocos powder. Medium heat makes porridge.
Step 5: stir fry the walnuts a little
