Production steps:

Step 2: put corn oil, sugar, eggs and salt into the container
Step 3: stir the egg oil mixture in step 1 with an egg beater until the color turns light yellow, then add the coconut and stir well
Step 4: put flour, corn starch and milk powder into a container and mix well
Step 5: sift the powder mixture in step 3 into the egg oil mixture in step 2
Step 6: cut and mix evenly with a rubber knife (never draw a circle, or you will get a band!) Then preheat the oven and heat it up and down to 180 ℃
Step 7: bake for about 15 minutes before leaving the oven (adjust the baking time and temperature according to the height of the oven)
Materials required:
Corn oil: 200g
Flour: 310G
Corn starch: 90g
Eggs: 3
Milk powder: 50g
Coconut: 15g
Sugar: 100g
Table salt: 1g
Note: I use corn oil because it has no peculiar smell after baking. If you like peanut flavor, you can use peanut oil ~ it will be very fragrant! If you want to eat chocolate, you can change 15g coconut powder into 15g cocoa powder! Hope you like it!
